Baker Ski Area average annual snow fall 647",  more than any other ski area in North America.  

  Only T-Mobil Cell Phones work between the town of Kendal and the ski area.  Last gas is at the Shell station in Maple Falls and the last cash machine is in Glacier at Grahams.  

Mt Baker Ski Area has the world record snowfall in one year 1140" or about 95'.
