Rates and Cancellation Policy
Room #1, $80.00 large room with Mt. Baker view from your bed and private entrance, three person maximum.
Room #2, $90.00 large room with a better view of Mt Baker, private entrance, sliding glass door leads to a private patio, three person maximum.
Room #3, $110.00 cozy room with mountain views, full private bath, private entrance and large private deck with view of Mt Baker, two person maximum.
Rates are for two people, an extra person is $20.00 more per night.
One night bookings are subject to an additional $20.00 fee.
Rates include a non-refundable $10 per night and per room reservation fee.
One night free on seven night stays.
We usually have a two night minimum booking with a three night minimum for holidays. We will take a two night holiday booking a week before the holiday or a last minute one night booking. One night bookings are accepted in advance during the week. Please inquire, sometimes we have just a Friday or Saturday available.
Washington State sales tax of 8.4% apply.
Although payment is excepted by cash or check only, Visa or MasterCard is used to reserve and will be used for any unpaid fees..
All holiday reservations and cancellations made within 14 days of your stay are subject to payment equal to the first nights rental. Cancellations are accepted until seven days (fifteen–day for holidays) prior to your first day of stay or payment of the entire stay is required. All reservation changes are subject to our non-refundable $10 per night fee. Example of seven-day cancellation: If your reservation were for Friday and Saturday, you would need to cancel before the Friday prior to your stay.
